Entrepreneur Visa

In April 2015, Japan began to relax the restrictions on foreigners starting a business in Japan by renaming the Japanese Investment and Management Visa to the Japanese Management Visa. After obtaining the Business Management Visa, you can obtain the status of residence in Japan, join the Japanese social insurance system, and enjoy public education for your minor children on the same basis as nationals.You can choose to become a naturalized citizen after 5 years, and apply for permanent residence after 10 years.


Application Requirements:
▪ Applicants must be at least 18 years old
▪ No educational/age/language restrictions
▪ Have a clear business project
▪ Registered capital starting from 5 million yen
▪ Fixed office space
▪ Experience in managing a company

Highly Skilled Professional Visa

The Immigration Bureau of the Ministry of Justice of Japan introduced the “Points System for Highly Skilled Japanese Talents” on May 7, 2012 in order to promote the introduction of highly skilled foreign human resources. You can apply for permanent residence after 3 years with 70 points, and after 1 year with 80 points.


Application Requirements :
▪ Have a stable business in Japan
▪ A Japanese company with a registered capital of more than 5,000,000 yen
score of 70 points or more
▪ Personal annual income in Japan should not be less than 3 million yen.


Requirements for operating a company in Japan:
▪ Actual business operation and payment of taxes
▪ Establish a company in Japan with a registered capital of 5 million yen
▪ Have a registered address, physical office
▪ Have a company account
